    The Minnesota Black-Owned Business Directory grew out of the drive to strengthen Minnesota’s Black community after the murder of George Floyd. It was created by Cooper Law, LLC, a Black-owned Minnesota law firm, whose mission centers on elevating the local community and providing resources that are usually out of reach. It is supported by the work of website designer and developer Sam Glover and seasoned marketers Cari Twitchell and Susan Staupe.
