About
The Minnesota Black-Owned Business Directory grew out of the drive to strengthen Minnesota’s Black community after the murder of George Floyd. It is sponsored by Cooper Law, LLC, a Black-owned Minnesota law firm, whose mission centers on elevating the local community and providing resources that are usually out of reach. It is supported by the work of web developer Sam Glover and seasoned marketers Cari Twitchell and Susan Staupe.
